Session Offerings
Work With Me
If you’re looking at this page, you’re probably past the point of wondering whether something needs to change. You might not know exactly what you need yet, and that’s fine. Most people don’t when they first reach out.
What I Offer
Every session is one-on-one and unhurried. This isn’t a rushed appointment with a timer running. It’s focused time where I’m paying attention to what your body is actually doing.
We start by talking. I’ll ask what’s going on, what you’ve tried, what’s bothering you most, and what you’d like to get back to. From there, the session follows what your body needs that day, not just what’s on a chart.
You stay clothed in loose athletic wear, and we work on a treatment table in a quiet room.
What to Expect During a Session
You might notice a deep stretch, a softening sensation, subtle movement, warmth, or a shift in your breathing.
There is no forcing, no aggressive manipulation, and no pushing through pain.
We work at the pace your body allows.
What to Expect
After a Session
Most people leave feeling noticeably different — looser, calmer, sometimes a little tired. Some feel a big shift right away. For others it’s more gradual over the next day or two.
Occasionally you might feel a bit sore, similar to the day after a good workout. That’s normal and usually short-lived. I’ll let you know what to expect based on what we worked on.
Investment
Myofascial Release Session — $300 per hour
Payment is due at the time of your session. I accept HSA and FSA cards, and I can provide a superbill if you’d like to submit for reimbursement through your insurance.
“It’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself.”

Locations
Berkeley, CA — Primary office location
Oakland, CA
Huntington Beach, CA — Limited availability
Mobile Sessions — Available upon request
People come from all over the Bay Area and beyond for this work. If you’re not sure which location makes sense, just reach out before you book.
Immersive Sessions
If you want to go deeper in a short period of time, I offer immersive experiences — multiple sessions over a few days, tailored to where you are. If that sounds like what you need, reach out and we can talk about what would make sense.
How Often Should I Come?
Honestly, it depends. We’ll figure it out together after we meet.
Some people come in a handful of times and get where they need to be. Others, especially if they’ve been dealing with something for years, do better with more consistent sessions for a while. Some keep coming for maintenance long after the original issue has resolved, because the work just makes them feel better.
You don’t need to commit to a set number of sessions upfront. Come in, see how you feel, and we’ll go from there.
